User creation and change - If you need to create a new user or change an existing user's information, you can apply to the Q&A board below.
The form below must be included, and if the creation is for a limited time, the duration of use must also be stated.

* Permission cannot be granted if the usage purpose is not completed.
* For security management, we verify the approval email image from a team leader for external email accounts.
** Deactivated after 2 months of inactivity.
** If reactivation is not requested within 3 months after deactivation, the account will be deleted.
Once GMC approval is obtained, a new user will be created based on the provided information, and you will receive an automatic notification email with an access link.
If there is a need to change the account information to another person due to the assigned user leaving the company or changes in roles and responsibilities, please request the account deactivation or password initialization through the D2C Data Help Center Q&A Board.
If you do not access Sprinklr for more than 2 months, your account will be deactivated. If you do not access Sprinklr for more than 3 months, your account will be permanently deleted.
