LG Electronics’ Global CDP (Global Customer Data Platform) collects data from multiple source systems and processes it on a defined schedule, classifying the information into Customer Master data and Customer Behavior data. This document summarizes the timing of data delivery, organized by ETL cycle, latest data timestamp, master-profile type, and ETL processing frequency.
Data Provision Architecture
- Global Customer Data: Raw data collected from various systems
- Global CDP Application: Creation and management of master profiles based on the collected data

- Global CDP Application
• Customer Attribute data → batched once a day for each subsidiary (Daily by Subsidiary).
• Customer Behavior data → used directly from raw tables, no additional ETL (No ETL). - Batch (bulk ETL)
After the source system closes/ finalizes its data, a large dataset is loaded at the scheduled time.
Typically runs in early-morning / off-peak hours, providing a stable snapshot of the previous day (D-1) or the designated period.
