The signed in user is not assigned to a role for the application
AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Zendesk to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application.
Resolution
In this case, if you try to log in with an AD account whose password has expired, the SSO information may not be transferred properly. Please reset your AD password and try logging in again.
