You can view submitted requests to the Help Center in D2C Data Help Center > My requests
On the My Requests page, you can check your past chat consultations and Q&A lists. You can see the processing status and answer history for each inquiry.
How to Check Your Request List
- Go to the Help Center main page
- Click your profile icon at the top right corner
- Select [My Requests] from the dropdown menu
※ If you don't see your request in the list, please check again as you might be logged in with a different account or the submission may not have been completed successfully.
How to Edit Your Request
Requests, once submitted, cannot be modified. If you need to revise a submitted inquiry, please submit a new inquiry. When submitting a new inquiry, you can add a memo stating that it's a revision to a previous request, and our consultant will refer to it.
How Will I Receive Answers to My Help Center Requests?
- For Q&A inquiries, you will receive an answer notification via email.
- For real-time chat consultations, you can receive feedback directly within the chat session if it's still active. If the chat session has ended, an answer notification will be sent via email.

※ If you haven't received an answer for an extended period, please check 'My Requests' in the Help Center to ensure you haven't missed any responses. If you still can't find an answer, please request a response from a consultant through the relevant ticket.
