In eCRM dashboard, there is a list of journeys which are the NewsLetters on Marketing Campaign.
Because all NewsLetters are managed by SalesForce, so please tag it in SalesForce as the guidance below.
After finish tagging Journeys in SalesForce. The Journey(NewsLetter) will be visible on eCRM dashboard.
