ASP is the GMV per unit of product sold for all transactions that successfully completed the payment process and can be viewed in the Magento & Inventory Raw Data Download dashboard.
However, since this number does not include tax, if you want to refund the price including tax, you can check the +VAT amount through the Magento raw data shown in the multiple purchase dashboard or in the model details section of the marketplace dashboard.
