For creating/editing/deleting an Audience, the requester can proceed directly after receiving GA4 permission by following the guide in the link below.
Additionally, in GA4, the ability to delete an Audience has been replaced by the Archive feature.

However, Audience Triggers are limited to 20 per property, so you cannot create them yourself, and if you do, it will trigger internal monitoring and result in GA4 permission withdrawal.
