The conversion from GMV -> NMV -> Net Sales has differences in time lag and management accounting adjustments at each stage.
In other words, when converting from GMV -> NMV, Cancel and Return deductions occur, and NMV is counted only when the Order Status is processed as 'Delivery Completed'.
Since it takes about 2~4 weeks from Order Completed (GMV) to Delivery Completed (NMV), there is a time lag between the two KPIs, and the time lag varies depending on the corporation's inventory/delivery status and whether Parcel or Truck Delivery is used.
For example, small products such as Earbird and consumables are usually delivered by a third party (Parcel) such as DHL, so it may take 2~3 days less to complete delivery,
while large/installation products such as refrigerators take several weeks as they are delivered by the company or a third party truck.
Of course, the Delivery Completed time also varies depending on the customer's scheduled delivery.
