Transportation Delay with Appointment 는 Appointment Date 이 이미 지난 주문을 의미합니다.
Transportation Delay without Appointment 는 Ship Confirm 을 대신 사용하여, 최근 90일 간 Ship Confirm ~ Delivery Complete 에 걸린 시간의 평균과 표준편차를 Division, Service Type 별로 구하여 기준 시간보다 늦게 배송되는 주문을 표시합니다.
