- Inventory (Y): In stock
- Hold (Y): If any hold reason (e.g., Credit Hold, Backorder Hold) is present, the Hold Flag is set to "Y," and order-inventory matching is not performed.
- Hold (N): Inventory is matched according to the order, and the Available Stock for the corresponding model is deducted by the matched quantity.
- Inventory (N): Out of stock
Warehouse (WH)
- Pick Released: The date when actual inventory in our warehouse started moving for shipment
- Load Create: The date when the shipping load was created
- Appointment: The promised delivery date to the customer
- WH Released: The date when inventory was shipped from our warehouse
- Ship Confirm: The date when inventory was shipped to the carrier's warehouse
Delivery
- MMD (Middle Mile Delivery): Orders that arrived at the 3PL hub (Depot In Date is not null & Sales Date is null)
- M0: Orders delivered within the current month
- M0 (+RMA): Actual closing forecast value by subtracting return orders from the total count of M0 orders delivered within the current month
- M0 (TTL): Total count of M0 orders delivered within the current month
- IOD: Orders delivered within the current month
- Open: Orders expected to be delivered within the current month (Sales Date has not been recorded yet, but ETA is within the current month)
- M1+: Orders expected to be delivered after the next month
Return Data
- Processing: Return is in progress
- Completed: Return is finalized
